Today, we have 16 directors leading our practice, with several having risen through the ranks thanks to our focus on training and career progression.
We currently have almost 20 trainees working across various departments, all of whom are supported in gaining professional qualifications by the wider team.
These trainees not only receive top-tier training but also benefit from opportunities to thrive within the accountancy sector, with many staying on to build long-term careers.

Our longest-serving colleague, for example, joined in 1975, demonstrating our ability to cultivate loyalty and dedication.
