Following an incredible year of fundraising in 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve chosen to continue supporting Candlelighters as our Charity of the Year for 2025.
Our dedicated team at Brown Butler raised significant funds and awareness for Candlelighters, a fantastic charity that provides vital support to children with cancer and their families across Yorkshire.
Among our fundraising highlights, Weronika Ryglicka and Joe King successfully completed the challenging Candlelighters 150 Miles Challenge.
Weronika walked an impressive 154 miles, often with her loyal dog Arya, while Joe ran and walked a remarkable 168 miles, going the extra mile by braving over 11 miles in the rain on the final day. Together, they raised an outstanding £582.50.
We also enjoyed getting involved with Candlelighters’ Pink It Up Week, where our team raised an additional £502.80 through fun internal activities, including a raffle, bake sale, and a casual dress-down day.
Our team are looking forward to taking part in a number of similar fundraising events this year to raise even more for this incredible cause, which we hope to share with you throughout 2025.
