Having joined Brown Butler in 1980, I am known for being an all-rounder, although much of my work these days involves corporate finance, with particular expertise in the medical device sector.
I am fortunate to work with a solid international client base, including both organisations located overseas and UK businesses that have secured contracts abroad, in countries such as the USA and Italy.
With a background in transactions of all sizes, including many at the larger end, I have a great deal of experience in sale and purchase contracts.
