Prior to joining Brown Butler as Corporate Finance Director, I worked for a boutique corporate finance firm in Leeds, starting as a graduate in 2006, before being made a partner in 2014.
I have extensive experience of both solvent and insolvent transactions; .sourcing and negotiating acquisition funding, and managing transactions through to completion.
As such, I have been involved in a wide range of transactions from turnaround projects to buyouts, from administrations to large, complex joint venture transactions and corporate acquisitions and refinancing.
