Packaging & WEEE Reports

The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 ('Packaging Regulations') and the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 ('WEEE Regulations') both set out a requirement for operators who are accredited (packaging) or approved (WEEE) to provide an Independent Audit Report to the relevant agency.
